D-PAN was looking to further expand itself to become a forefront in Deaf & HOH video content. They wanted to provide a daily news broadcast as well as the ability to offer an on-demand solution for previously aired content. This was their initial bid and I got to town researching the best ways to accomplish such a vast project.

This project required custom backend development and frontend design along with a database. It also required physical on-site location to construct and implement their workflow for producing content on the channel. The project also uses 3rd party licenses software as well.
